• This questionnaire is aimed at helping you to think about school leadership and management in the implementation of the nine (9) focus areas of whole school development. We are asking your perception of the reality in your school context of what you see as currently happening (current situation) 

  You are expected to respond to the questions in each category of focus area as honestly as possible as the questionnaire results will be used as a basis for future capacity building interventions.
