    • You already have SMART Board installed at your school and now you must learn how to use SMART Board. In this part of the self-study guide you will learn how to download SMART Notebook software and understand the basic features of the software.

    Follow the steps below to complete your practical activity.

    • Practical Activity: 

      Use these steps to practice your new SMART Notebook skills: 

      1. Open a new smart notebook
      2. Type a heading for your first page
      3. Change the page back ground colour
      4. Add a new page
      5. Use the pen to write three points down on this page
      6. Change the handwriting to text
      7. Add bullets
      8. Add a new page
      9. Add 3 different objects and change their properties to have different line and fill colours. 
      10. Clone one object once, the next twice and the last three times.
      11.  Group each set of objects
      12. Add a new page
      13. Search the gallery for a subject related picture and add it to you page.
      14. Resize the object and rotate it to the right
      15. Add another page and add a 3D object and rotate it.
