Submission tool: Three (3) Facilitation observation checklists
Submit three (3) facilitation observation checklists (1 per age group). Ensure that your agreements are saved in the following format:
- Module 4 Facilitation observation checklist Age group ???_Full name (there will be a separate agreement per age group, substitute the ??? with the relevant age group details)
- Click on 'add submissions'
- Use the 'drag and drop' facility to select your 3 files for upload
- Click on 'Save changes'.
