      ICT is useful for all learners, but it is particularly valuable because it can be effectively used by learners with different abilities. This unit will teach you how to use ICT in the classroom to support students with special needs.

      For this assignment, you are going to participate in a forum discussion with your colleagues. 

      Imagine that you have a student who is struggling to remember subject concepts and content. No matter how many times you go over the material with the student, they are unable to remember it. You have spoken to the student's parents who say that the student has a learning disability and also has poor vision in both eyes.



      Participate in a forum discussion where you discuss what types of ICT would be most practical and helpful to use in your context if you had this student in your class. Explain why you think your chosen ICT is helpful. Note this is a graded forum discussion as the unit facilitator will grade your contribution to the discussion.
